Refund & Cancellation Policy

We are grateful for your trust and support. This policy outlines our stance on donation refunds and cancellations.

1. Donations

  • All donations made to IDO are non-refundable.

  • We do not return donations once received, as they are used immediately for critical development and relief programs.

  • However, if a duplicate payment or technical error occurs, you may request a refund within 6–7 working days.

  • Valid cases will be reviewed, and refunds processed within 10 working days to the original payment method.

2. Event Sponsorship or Participation

  • If a registered event or campaign is canceled by IDO, refunds or fund reallocation may be provided.

  • Voluntary cancellations by participants are not eligible for a refund.
