Shipping & Delivery Policy

As a nonprofit, IDO does not operate a commercial product or merchandise store. However, we may issue official documents and acknowledgments to our donors, volunteers, and stakeholders.

1. No Physical Product Shipping

IDO does not sell goods or provide courier services for product-based deliveries.

2. What May Be Delivered

• Donation Receipts – Shared digitally via email after successful donation

• Acknowledgment Letters / Certificates – For major donors, volunteers, or campaign contributors (when applicable)

• Awareness Kits / Reports – Shared electronically or at program locations

3. Timeline for Delivery

• Email Documents: Within 1–3 working days

• Printed Certificates (if announced): Within 7–14 working days, subject to location and logistics
